Good value for short stay

Good room size and comfortable bed. The walk - in shower is big and have a rainfall head as well. The hotel is close to public transport.

The water temperature in the shower is controlled, so it cant be increased above a certain degree. The shower was leaking a little bit.

I liked location - close to several supermarkets, beautiful park, public transport Good service Overall the room is good and comfortable I would stay here again for sure

Good value for money

I liked the location not too far not to close to the city it was quite and relaxing the staff were friendly and gave great advice for things to do and transport hotel was clean enough

I didn’t like that our heating wasn’t working and we called and asked for someone to turn it on because it was very cold and we were giving a tiny block heater that didn’t help at all Also it was clean hotel but something in the room felt dirty the carpet and cushions made the feeling of the room uncomfortable but other than that everything was ok

Spacious but facilities often out of order

Our room was large and well equipped: bath and shower, fridge and coffee maker, locker and wardrobe, TV and wifi. The hotel is a little far from the city centre but has good access to tram system which will take you to Amsterdam central station in 30 minutes.

The air conditioning doesn't work though it seems otherwise. Since it's winter the room can be very cold at night. It's better if the reception tells us about it, then we won't suffer from the cold wind under "25 centigrades" on the conditioner screen. Moreover, the toilet gets stuck extemely easily. Don't drop any toilet paper in it, or even don't use it at all(can we???). The telephone doesn't have signs about front desk number, and when we asked a service person, she didn't know the number either.

Good cost benefit

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The hotel had cable tv with a wide range of great channels - good to watch a movie at night and a grand variety of news channels. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was amazing. The hotel also offered transfer service at a fair price, considering the distance and how expensive taxis are in Amsterdam. Very near a good supermarket (JUMBO). The rooms also have a minifridge.

The hotel is far from the center - but counts with a good amount of public transportation options (buses and trams) that take you almost anywhere in downton Amsterdam. The staff was helpful but we didn't find them friendly as compared with other places we stayed during our trip.

Very good for the money

I'd say there quite relaxed. There was 6 of us and after getting back from the center around 1am with some drink in hand we wasnt bothered once even with the bluetooth speaker playing

Everything was faultless, except the bacon, didn't bother trying it as, well it just didn't look like bacon

Location, cost, and the friendly staff. Very helpful, even allowed me to check-in 4hrs early, which was a massive blessing after 29hrs of travel

Could do with a bit of a spruce up, but for the cost and location it's only a minor thing
